Almost none. Thanks to our innovative casting and machining processes for our high-performance polyamides, there are no limits – from batch size 1 in special shapes to series production runs in the millions. Contact us and we will make the edition and shape you require possible.

Our high-performance polyamides were discovered, developed and perfected in our in-house laboratories. We cast semi-finished products without pressure in the form of rods, cylinders, tubes, sheets(LTK® PURE) and in combination with steel(LTK® METAL CORE). These are available pre-turned, contoured or cut to size as required. With further mechanical processing in our innovative machinery, these are also turned into finished parts. We pay particular attention to the optimum use of materials, processing the chips into high-quality regranulate. Among other things, we obtain the raw material for our small parts from the injection molding process(LTK® INJECT).
We also cast special shapes without pressure; from pure Lauramid®(LTK® PURE), with a metal core(LTK® METAL CORE) or in combination with glass/carbon fibers(LTK® COMPOSITE).
More complex shapes with hollow coils and prototypes are produced in-house using additive manufacturing(LTK® ADDITIVE).
